Kennels Calendar of Events Cancellation Policy:

The Kennels will provide a full refund up to 10 days before any pre-paid booked event unless any other specific cancellation policy has been communicated for any specific events). Within 10 days of the event taking place we are unable to offer any refund unless spaces are re-sold. You will be contacted in this event once spaces have been sold to confirm your refund. The Kennels is under no obligation to actively sell event spaces within 10 days of the event but will endeavour to do so.

Kennels Photography and Videography Policy:

Spectators and guests are encouraged and permitted to film, record and publish any content on any media subject to the following conditions. By attending Kennels Events you agree that images taken of attendees and activities by yourself or Goodwood staff, Goodwood shall have perpetual, royalty free, sub-licensable and worldwide licence to use such content in whole or in part in any online, or offline promotional, advertising or publicity material or in any format and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not limited to) TV packages, online players, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Vine and Instagram. The photographs or recorded content may only be used to represent an imaginary person and the attendee shall not be publicly named in association with any of the photographs. Goodwood acknowledge that you shall retain ownership of copyright in the content.
