Brut Reserve 2016
Keeping it honest
The classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Bright gold in colour, Brut Reserve highlights red fruit aromas of cherry and strawberry, which then develop into attractive fresh pastry notes. With a bridge of citrus fruit, the palate is clean and fresh whilst giving tones of soft stone fruit and a long, refreshing finish.

Rosé 2016
Halcyon days
Gusbourne's Rosé is unique to each growing season, a direct reflection of English summer and the grapes used to craft it.
Delicate pink in appearance, with soft summer berries and floral notes on the nose. The palate shows bright red fruits, driven by ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants, with a crisp freshness and creamy, rounded texture on the finish.
Blanc de Blancs 2016
Pure elegance
A wine that typifies the linear purity of classic Blanc de Blancs.
Bright golden in colour with a delicate mousse, Gusbourne's Blanc de Blancs has classic Chardonnay aromas of green apple, citrus and mineral notes combined with buttered toast and Tarte Tatin richness from extended lees ageing.

Makers of exceptional English wine
Embracing nature at Gusbourne and Goodwood
Goodwood’s Head of Forestry, Darren Norris, talks trees, soil and sustainability with Gusbourne’s Vineyard Manager, Jon Pollard.
I didn’t just believe we could make exceptional English Sparkling wine. I knew we could make wine that would stand up to the best in the world.

We’re interested in what the animals eat...if they have a good life, the actual food at the end of the line tastes an awful lot better. I have seen first-hand how important this is at Goodwood.
Everyone just associates Goodwood with racing, whether it’s horse racing or car racing, not actually having an amazing farm with some fantastic produce that you serve here.
We’re very proud of our farming heritage at Goodwood; the farm was here long before any of our big events and it has inspired our food philosophy across all of our restaurants.
