Private Yoga Practise (60 minutes) - We have a range of excellent types of yoga which can help improve strength, balance and flexibility.
Hatha Yoga (60 minutes) - Discipline of force, this type of Yoga stresses mastery of the body as a way of attaining a state of spiritual perfection in which the mind is withdrawn from external objects.
Vinyasa Yoga (60 minutes) - Vinyasa is an approach to yoga in which you move from one pose directly into the next. There's a flow to a Vinyasa yoga session, though the specific poses and the pace of the flow vary.
Yin Yoga (60 minutes) - Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of things. Yang is the changing, moving and revealing aspect. In the body, the relatively stiff connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and fascia, are yin, while the more mobile and pliable muscles and blood are yang.
Yoga Meditation (60 minutes) - Combines the benefits of yoga's physical exercises with the positive energy of meditation practice.
Sound Healing (60 minutes) - This involves using sound, music and specialist instruments played in therapeutic ways, combined with deep, self-reflection techniques to improve health and wellbeing.
