With high-end equipment and a team of experienced instructors, there really is no excuse to be lacking inspiration.

Yoga - A practice with stronger adaptions available, suitable for all levels combining traditional Hatha or Vinyasa yoga, designed to release tension, strengthen, restore strength and calm the mind.
Chakra Yoga - The seven chakras are energy centres in the body around which energy flows. If blocked, it can affect the physical body as well as mood and overall wellbeing. Bringing awareness to the
chakras through movement and breath can help release these blocks physically and symbolically.
Core Conditioning Yoga - concentrates on your core muscles, it will also aid strength, flexibility, breath work and focus your mind all in one class. This is a strong yoga class, for those looking for a little more of a challenge.
Elemental Yoga - Inspired by the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Each element
is connected to a different season, oil and energy centre. For example, water will pair up with
flowing, fluid movement with a tranquil meditation having the option to enhance your relaxation with the elemental oil associated.
Dynamic Yoga - A class designed to deepen your yoga practice, combining flowing movement, strengthening asanas, breathwork and guided meditation.
Flow Yoga - Dynamically moving yoga flowing with breath from one position to the next.
Gentle Yoga - Gentle yoga practice is suitable for all levels combining traditional yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation. Designed to release tension, restore strength and calm the mind.
Gentle Yoga & Sound Healing - This class combines gentle movements, breath work and mindfulness. Including a variety of guided meditation and sound bath healing practices to relax the mind, body and soul.
Hatha Yoga - Refresh, strengthen and relax the body, mind and heart with a class that focuses on mindful classical yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation. Hatha promotes overall mental and physical wellbeing.
Just Breathe (Pranayama) - Pranayama is a collection of breathing exercises developed by the ancient yogis for purification, mental focus rejuvenation, and healing. Prana translates into “life force energy,”
By channelling this life force energy and learning to utilise the breath properly we can deeply
relax the nervous system, reduce anxiety, improve organ function, release toxins, and improve
sleep.
Kundalini Yoga - A class that focuses on the awakening and release of energy within the body using breathwork, yoga and gong therapy.
Power Yoga - This Power yoga class is a fast-paced Vinyasa and Hatha style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories.
Sunrise Yoga - Wake up your body, find your breath, calm your mind; start your day off with the perfect class.
Sunset Yoga - This class is suitable for all ages and levels. It’s a traditional style of Yoga (Vinyasa), which incorporates a combination of creative flowing sequences, to give a modern feel, piecing it together effortlessly.
Yin Yoga - A slow and restorative practice where we hold poses for longer durations using support from blocks and other props. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, like ligaments and fascia, aiming to increase circulation and flexibility in the joints. This practice involves passive stretching, promoting relaxation and mindfulness while fostering a deeper release of tension in the body.
Yoga for Digestion - Yoga can help soothe unpleasant digestive symptoms such as bloating by stimulating the digestive organs and improving their natural function. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system will trigger ‘rest and digest’ responses by reducing your heart rate and blood pressure and promoting digestion. Expect twisting poses, gentle inversions and lots of breathwork.
Pilates - Focuses on improving postural alignment, joint mobility, core strength, breathing & overall body awareness. This class can sometimes include various equipment such as Pilates balls, bands and foam rollers.
Band Pilates - Focuses on improving postural alignment, joint mobility, core strength, breathing & overall
Standing Pilates - It is a functional form of Pilates, that is modified from the original mat-based exercises into a weight-bearing position.
Gentle Pilates - The perfect class for a beginner or somebody in need a of gentler class. Pilates is designed to learn the fundamentals on which to build their practice. This class will focus on the basic movements of the Pilates method.
Strength and Flow Pilates - Slow controlled movements, focusing on firing up the correct muscles to build strength, etc. The class could be called 'Wellbeing Strength and Flow Pilates'
Stretch and Flex - This class is essential to improve range of movement, mobility and posture.
Aqua - Fun & fitness in the pool. A real feel-good class and s uitable for all! This class uses the water buoyancy for stability and the resistance for toning and strengthening the body.
Boogietone - A fun filled dance-based class, using all dance styles, from Rock n Roll to street dance with an uplifting soundtrack.
Box Fit - A great start to your evening with Boxing Fitness. Incorporating boxing techniques and bodyweight exercises, resulting in an all-over body workout that is also an excellent stress buster. (This class is currently no contact and no equipment is used)
Burn to The Beat - It feels like a party! It’s a high-energy, cardio-based interval-style class combining boxing, choreography and body weight exercise.
Core Agility - A combination of cardio and core movements fused together for the ultimate
workout, incorporating agility, and short bursts to challenge your stamina.
Interval Madness Training - combines short, high-intensity bursts of speed, with slow, recovery phases, repeated in a number of sets.
Run Club - This class is aimed at mixed-ability runners, and it will take you around the Goodwood Estate
Spin - The ultimate cardio, calorie-burning fun all 'round workout for all levels.
Cardio Tennis - Fun cardio class working on tennis drills to improve your game.
Step - Step up with choreographed energising moves to boost your cardio fitness.
Super Circuits - A full and fun total body workout in a circuit training format. The class will both increase muscular strength and endurance
Aqua - Fun & fitness in the pool. A real feel-good class and Suitable for all! This class uses the buoyancy of the water for stability and resistance for toning and strengthening the body.
Abs & Arms - The Class focuses on abdominals, arms chest and upper back muscles. Improving the body's strength and sculpting at the same time.
Barre - Where ballet meets body conditioning, this class is aimed to stretch, strengthen and tone. Improves overall balance, coordination and core stability through ballet-style postures and exercises.
Barre Fusion - A fusion of Ballet and choreography, concentrating on body alignment, strength and poise.
Bodyblast - Dynamic workout working on strength, stamina and major muscle groups.
Core Conditioning - This class concentrates on your core muscles, it will also aid strength, flexibility, breathwork and focus your mind all in one class.
HIIT Mix - A class that involves cardiovascular, strength and toning-based exercises broken down into timed sections.
Power Core - This solid strengthening class is aimed at core and muscle sculpting. It will include boxing and bodyweight combinations to help strengthen the core muscles.
Putkisto - This class focusses on deep stretching, strengthening and breathing that helps towards improved posture and wellbeing.
Showtime - Purely a dance class, focusing on various styles of dance from the musical, contemporary, Latin and more. We break down the routines to improve the quality of movement. This class is great for coordination, maintaining posture, strength and is great for mental wellbeing.
Strength & Endurance - This weight-based class focuses on building and maintaining strength and endurance.
Stretch & Flex - This class is essential to improve range of movement, mobility and posture.
Tai Chi - Known as the moving meditation, Tai Chi is a series of slow controlled movements, developing strength, balance, posture and calm.
(Upper Body) Strength and Maintain - A workout which focuses on strength, stamina and maintaining the major core muscles.
Whole Body Control - Strength-based class, with no choreography aimed at improving tone across the whole body.
