Groups and Schools
A group tour of the State Apartments offers visitors a unique insight into the history of Goodwood House.
Our knowledgeable and friendly guides, each with their own individual flair, will provide a memorable guided tour featuring the novelty of the Egyptian Dining Room and the glamour of the Yellow Drawing Room. As your group enjoys the wonderful collection of art, the guides will illuminate the extraordinary lives of the Dukes of Richmond.
Private Group Tours
Your group may be the only one in the House and will have the unique opportunity of seeing the State Apartments and the magnificent art collection without the presence of the general public.
Our open mornings include tea, coffee and biscuits in the Front Hall on arrival.

Foreign Language Tours
Tours are available in French, Italian, German, Spanish and Japanese (advance notice and pre-booking required).
Don't just take our word for it...
I felt privileged to be able get this insight and first hand be able to see behind closed doors so to say. There is some splendid art (some of the best Canaletto's!), the rooms are wonderful and it's a tremendous credit to the present Duke how he took it upon himself to embark on such a restoration.
We had a really interesting tour around the house which was very informative about all the history. The art collection was amazing and again this was all described so well by our guide.
The house is stunning, with lots of beautiful old furniture, decoration and artefacts.
