New for 2022 - Family Nature Activities
We're delighted to introduce a brand new family attraction at Members' Meeting. Run by the Goodwood Education Trust, the Family Nature Activities tipi will house a host of wonderful, nature-inpsired activities for everyone to get stuck into, from Hapa Zome, making natural jewellery, painting with natural brushes, creating natural nests, making wood cookies and, of course, regular story sessions.
Completely free, you can either turn up to see what's going on, or book a time slot to return later. Children between 4 and 12 can be left for up to one hour, with younger children welcome with their parent or guardian.
Find the Activities tipi near the Supershell building, by Gate 12.
The Members’ Meeting is primarily about the racing, but that's not all that goes on, it's also a fantastic family day out.
There are all sorts of fun Games and activities available, from Football and Netball to duck herding and even laser clay pigeon shooting. Those that are feeling adventurous, should take part in the Ferret Racing which is sure to be an unforgettable experience. With plenty of exciting events to get involved in and be competitive about, it's sure to keep the whole family entertained.
Furthermore, we have a scrumptious range of Eating & Drinking options for you to sample over the course of both days including marshmallows to toast on the fire pits, a large selection of pick and mix sweeties, not to mention the hot dog cart situated within the fun fair on Saturday evening.
