ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP
Sharing a profound passion for classic cars and engineering excellence, IWC Schaffhausen has been the official Timing Partner of the Goodwood Members’ Meeting since 2015. In 2018, IWC officially launched the IWC Racing Team at the 76th Goodwood Members’ Meeting, becoming the first luxury watch brand to compete at classic car events with its own team and car. At the wheel of the iconic Mercedes-Benz SL 300 “Gullwing”, David Coulthard took ninth place in the Salvadori Cup. A year later in 2019, IWC Racing lined up on the grid at Goodwood for a second time. At the wheel of the iconic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL “Gullwing”, Coulthard competed in the Tony Gaze Trophy and took first place. This year, the IWC Racing Team makes its return to the legendary Goodwood Motor Circuit. At the wheel of the “Gullwing”, Austrian racing driver and new member of the IWC family, Laura Kraihamer, is set to compete in the Stirling Moss Trophy.

In 2019, David Coulthard got behind the wheel for the #IWCRacing team for the second time and took first place in the Tony Gaze Trophy. The 13-time Formula One™ winner joined IWC at the Goodwood Members' Meeting to bestow a few words of wisdom.

IWC Racing Team
“IWC Racing” is the name of IWC Schaffhausen’s own motorsport team. Since 2018, the team has been lining up on the grid at classic racing events such as the Goodwood Members’ Meeting with the iconic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL “Gullwing”.
