Pre-event Test Days 2024
Each year, we invite the teams, owners and drivers to put their cars and bikes through their paces on the Goodwood Motor Circuit ahead of both the Members' Meeting and the Goodwood Revival. Whether drivers are reunited with familiar friends or getting to grips with a car or bike that's new to them, it's always an intimate and exciting preview of the thrills to come.
Once again in 2024, we're offering the GRRC community exclusive access to these test days so you can watch the on-track testing, explore the paddocks and speak to the people who make historic motorsport at Goodwood what it is.

BOOK NOW
GRRC adult members can book four passes per day (themselves plus up to three guests) and family members can book eight passes per day (themselves, plus up to seven guests).
Those in the fellowship can book two passes per day (themselves plus one guest). Children aged twelve and under do not count towards this total.
You can book as many days as you wish. If your plans change, however, and you cannot attend, please contact the GRRC team or the Ticket Office so that your places can be made available to others.
Please note that you will not need to collect physical tickets for the test days: similar to the Breakfast Clubs, you will simply need to show your booking confirmation email at the gate, either on your phone or printed.

GRRC adult and young person members can book four passes per day (to include their own) and family members can book eight passes per day (again, to include their own). Those in the GRRC fellowship can book two passes per day (to include their own).

To access the Motor Circuit, you'll need your GRRC membership or Fellowship lapel badge, and either a printed or electronic copy of your email ticket confirmation. You (the badge wearer) will need to accompany all non-member guests or meet them at the entrance so that they can enter the event.
If you have lost your GRRC badge, or if you have recently joined the Fellowship and you have not received your pack, please come to the event entrance with your email confirmation for the event. One of our staff will be there to check your membership/Fellowship status so that you can access the event.
Please note that you will still have to have registered to attend - we cannot process registrations to attend on the day.
The Circuit will open to the GRRC community and their guests at 9am each morning, and close at 5pm each evening. The days operate on a 'drop in' basis: you can arrive and leave at any time between 9am and 5pm, and re-admission is permitted.
Please note that competitors and teams may be entering the Circuit earlier than 9am - please respect the marshals and do not try to gain access before 9am.

Parking for GRRC members and Fellows with blue badges will be inside the Circuit. Please enter the Circuit by the main gate after 9am, and show your GRRC membership or Fellowship lapel badge, blue badge and confirmation email to the marshal to gain entry. The marshals will direct you to a car park.

When you arrive for the test day, you will be entering a live construction site. Please be mindful of heavy plant and construction activity whilst onsite.
For your safety, we have created pedestrian routes around the site to the areas from where you can safely watch the on-track action, and visit the Paddocks. It is VERY important that you stay within these zones, which will be clearly marked.
Please note that access to the whole Circuit will be restricted and track viewing zones are designated.
Marshals will be on hand to direct you. Please follow all instructions from our Goodwood Marshals - they are here, as ever, to keep you safe.
Those unable to use the pedestrian tunnel to cross the track should speak to marshals who will let you know when it is possible to cross the track between batches.
Yes! Adult GRRC members can bring up to three guests, family members up to seven guests and Fellowship can bring one guest. These guests do not need to be in the GRRC community, but must arrive with the GRRC member or Fellow.
Please book all guest passes in advance - these cannot be allocated on the gate.
Dogs are permitted at the pre-event test days. They must be kept on short leads AT ALL TIMES and owners must clean up after their dogs.
Please be aware that there will be sudden and loud noises which may be distressing. Please consider whether or not it is appropriate to bring your dog before doing so.
Please note that dogs are not permitted at Goodwood's headline motorsport events, other than assistance dogs which should be pre-registered using the guidelines found in our Goodwood Events Dog Policy (linked to below).
