Disabled parking and access
Please display your disabled parking permit and follow the disabled parking signs and marshal direction to Car Park D. Please be aware all parking is on grass.
Electric scooter chairs are available for hire from Shopmobility – it is essential to pre-book with Shopmobility. You can book in advance via the Shopmobility website. They will also be based in Car Park D.
Disabled courtesy shuttle
A free courtesy shuttle service for disabled guests operates on a priority basis from Car Park D to the event entrance point. Please wait by the courtesy shuttle signs (located within Car Park D) for assistance.
The courtesy car service operates in reverse for departure from Gate 13 Taxi Office. The service operates between 0730hrs until 2300hrs.

There are five viewing platforms, three of which are covered, dedicated to those with accessibility requirements:

Other Key Information
Event transport
A fleet of period vehicles operate within the event to assist disabled guests in getting around the site. Please be advised that not all vehicles meet modern standards with regard to restraint and access, and won’t be suitable for all disabled guests. This single-journey service works on a priority basis, and may be subject to delays. Vehicles can be booked from Shopmobility or Gate 2A Taxi Office.
First aid facilities
There are Treatment Centres and a pharmacy on site. Please see event map for details of the locations. There are several doctors on call throughout the event site who can be contacted at the Treatment Centres, or via any Goodwood staff member.
Assistance Dogs
