There are two ways for groups to book their tickets, see below.

Individuals pay separately

The lead booker of your group can complete the Groups Booking form including chosen Enclosure (Gordon and Lennox), how many people are in your group, any special requirements for booking and 4 digit pin which can be shared with your group members. Once the team has approved your request, you can share the booking details including 4 digit pin and group members can pay their share in a straightforward process.

Our wonderful pre-bookable shared bars; The Sussex Roof Garden Bar and The Sussex Lounge Bar are popular choices for groups. Located within the Gordon Enclosure, each bar offers a shared space for the day, a casual food offering, bar service, fantastic balcony views and a betting desk.

Our Shared Bars

We offer two bars that are only available to private groups, exclusively for up to 30 people. Both located within the Richmond Enclosure, The Lookout is an effortlessly cool bar perched high above the enclosure with one of the best vantage points from the racecourse. Alternatively, The Oak Tree Lawn Bar Upper Deck is a prime spot to enjoy the spectacular South Downs setting and unrivalled views of the parade ring.

Coach parking is free for all of our fixtures excluding the Qatar Goodwood Festival where coach parking is charged at £50. You will be guided to our designated coach park (Coach Park 7) when you arrive at Goodwood Racecourse, approx distance from the front of Coach Park 7 to East Entrance (Lennox & Gordon Enclosure is 280m. We would advise that coach drivers follow the road signs and approach the racecourse from the East.

Coach drivers can enjoy free entry to any of our race days. To do so the driver is required to show their PCV/PSV license and relevant work docket at the East Entrance to gain entry into the Lennox Enclosure. If this is closed, you will gain entry to the Gordon Enclosure.
