Blue Badge parking
Complimentary Blue Badge parking spaces are available close to the racecourse entrances at the front of Car Park 5 and 8 for vehicles displaying a valid badge. Blue Badge parking is operated on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.
A complimentary mobility shuttle buggy service with bespoke wheelchair access will be in operation within Car Park 8. This shuttle will offer service from your vehicle to the nearest available hard standing and will be in operation upon entry and exit to the racecourse.
Drop off point
If you're arriving by taxi or bus you will be directed to the Transport Terminus; this is located a short distance from our East Entrance. The terminus can also be used as a drop off and pick up point for those with accessibility needs. See the transport terminus under 'Car Parks' on the interactive racecourse map.

Raised track viewing
There are three dedicated raised viewing platforms located on the rails by the track, which provide clear, close-up visibility of the action. The Richmond platform is located on the Richmond Lawn, the new Gordon platform is located in front of the Sussex Stand and the Lennox platform is located on the Gordon/Lennox dividing fence.
Wheelchair users in the Richmond Enclosure are also welcomed to the covered viewing area on the 1st Floor March Stand balcony. The lift can be accessed at the south side of the March Stand through the main glass doors, adjacent to the main stairwell. Likewise, Gordon Enclosure racegoers are able to gain access to the top level of the Sussex Stand via a lift. This lift can be found on the south (Parade Ring) side of the building.
Parade Ring viewing
Viewing of the Parade Ring is easily accessible from ramps either side of the central Parade Ring Bar. These ramps allow for elevated viewing of the Parade Ring with a smaller designated viewing area on the top level. The ramps continue to the Winners' Enclosure for low-level viewing. View the accessibility ramp locations on our interactive map, simply select 'Accessibility' on the drop down.

Event Mobility
There are five non-electric wheelchairs at the East Entrance, which can be pre-booked in advance of race days free of charge by calling 01243 755022. Please ask stewards if you need assistance or directions upon arrival.
Toilets
Accessible toilets are located within each of the enclosures. Many of the accessible toilets are operated by radar key - these can be obtained from Racecourse Reception, First Aid points and Toilet Attendants. Temporary toilets are also located around the venue at the Qatar Goodwood Festival.
First Aid
There are first aid facilities located within each enclosure. If you need medical attention but can't make your way to a first aid point, please alert one of our staff members who can make contact with the roaming on-site medical team.
Assistance Dogs
Guide and Assistance Dogs are very welcome at the racecourse, however they are not permitted in Equine areas. Please fill in the form in advance of your visit to order your wristband, which will be available to collect from the East or West Entrance Collection desks. Goodwood's dog policy can be found here.
Hearing Loops
Hearing loops are located at our two main East and West Entrances and at our East Entrance Information Point.
Mother and Baby Room
Located in the March Stand within our Richmond Enclosure, this is a room where nursing mothers are welcomed to provide baby care in private. If you are enjoying your raceday from either our Gordon or Lennox Enclosures and would like to access this facility, please speak to a member of staff, who will be happy to assist you.
Admission Tickets
Disabled customers are entitled to one free ticket for their carer with one full price adult ticket. To obtain a carer ticket in advance a copy of your DLA document should be sent to the Ticket Office, either by scanning and emailing a copy to ticket.office@goodwood.com or sending a copy in the post to: Ticket Office, Goodwood Motor Circuit, Goodwood, Chichester, West Sussex, PO18 0PH. The copy will then be kept on file should you wish to purchase tickets in the future. It is recommended that all carer tickets are obtained in advance of the event to avoid disappointment on sell out race meetings.
