Our Premier Enclosure

Richmond Enclosure guests can enjoy the best views of the Racecourse in the March Grandstand, directly opposite the winning post and parade ring. There is a formal dress code so we invite racegoers to don their most stylish outfits for the occasion.

Food & drink highlights include our stylish bars from Veuve Clicquot & The Kincsem Pavilion, exceptional Hospitality dining areas; The Charlton Hunt and The Long View, and exquisite restaurants for lunch and high tea; The Horsewalk Grill and The Double Trigger.

Picnics are not allowed in this enclosure. Richmond Enclosure guests also have access to the Gordon and Lennox Enclosures.

A Hub of Raceday Entertainment

The Gordon Enclosure offers a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere with music, delicious food and entertainment. Guests can enjoy access to the parade ring, standing viewing from within the March Grandstand and covered seating within the Sussex Stand.

Gordon Enclosure guests can enjoy The Earl’s Lawn during Qatar Goodwood Festival, and a wide variety of food and drink options for all guests. Highlights include The Hendrick's Gin Pavilion, and our Shared Bars; The Sussex Lounge and Sussex Roof Garden.

Picnics or furniture are not allowed in this enclosure. Gordon Enclosure guests also have access to the Lennox Enclosure.

Perfect for Families

Our most relaxed enclosure and hugely popular with families, owing to its large children's playground and flat grassy picnic spots, where you can get right up close to the racing action. Back by popular demand, Squinty McGinty’s Band will bring lively and fun Irish music to Qatar Goodwood Festival.

For food on the go, Goodwood Organics will be on hand serving an array of options including delicious burgers using organic beef from Goodwood Home Farm. Otherwise, for a more leisurely lunch, picnics are very welcome. Glass bottles and alcohol are not permitted.
