Exeter - Friday 23 February (Jumps)
Members' will have access to the Haldon Premier and Grandstand & Paddock enclosures. Unfortunately no access to the member’s room due to space restrictions. Parking is free and is located in the centre of the course. There is no formal dress code but we do encourage smart/ casual attire as well as to dress for the weather.
Wetherby - Thursday 29 February (Jumps)
Access to Paddock Enclosure and Premier Enclosure facilities. No access to Annual Members Suite. Free parking in public parking areas. Dress in smart casual attire and dress for the weather.
Huntingdon - Sunday 3 March (Jumps)
Go to the turnstiles at Main entrance and show Members' badge to gain entry. Main enclosure access but not Annual Members bar. Free marking in main carpark. Smart casual dress code.
Lingfield Park - Thursday 7 March (Jumps)
Access to the Premier Enclosure. Free parking opposite the main entrance. Smart casual dress code.
Plumpton - Monday 11 March (Jumps)
Access to the Grandstand and Paddock areas and the Picnic Enclosure. No Access to Members' Lounge. Free parking in the centre of the course (Please note that you can only leave the racecourse in between races when no horses are in the parade ring or on the track). If preference is to park on hard standing, please use the entrance to the south (not the railway crossing gate) and follow signs for further free parking. No formal dress code unless dining in the Paddock or Marquee restaurant the dress code is Smart/Casual and smart jeans are permitted. Sportswear and ripped jeans not permitted.
Ffos Las - Friday 15 March (Jumps)
All areas except Annual Members facility. Free parking in the main car park. Smart casual dress code, please dress for the weather.
Kempton - Saturday 16 March (Jumps)
Access to entire General Admission, no access to Members Clubhouse. Free parking in main car park. Please note that there is no strict dress code to attend the course - we would like all our racegoers to feel comfortable and relaxed. We would request you avoid wearing denim with rips or tears, flip flops and football shirts to the racecourse.
Chepstow - Sunday 17 March (Jumps)
Access all areas except Native River Lounge. Free parking opposite the racecourse. Smart casual dress code.
Sussex County Cricket Club - Friday 5 April (Cricket)
Access to Sussex County Cricket Club Pavilion. No parking onsite, Norton Road car park closest public car park.
Leopardstown - Sunday 7 April (Flat)
Access to public areas and the Premier Circle lounge on 3rd floor overlooking parade ring. Free parking in the main car park. Free shuttle buses from Sandyford Luas station. Smart casual dress code.
Taunton - Thursday 11 April (Jumps)
Access to all areas excluding annual Members area. Free parking. Dress smartly and for the weather. Ripped jeans and sportswear are discouraged.
Great Yarmouth - Saturday 13 April (Flat)
Grandstand & Paddock and Premier. No Members Area. Parking in main car park. Smart attire with no torn or ripped jeans, sportswear or extreme clothing.
Newmarket - Wednesday 17 April (Flat)
Register at the Free Pass Office only, Rowley Mile – Grandstand and Paddock Entrance, and an entry ticket to gain access to the racecourse will be given to you. Metal badges should be worn to gain entry into the Premier Enclosure. The Free Pass Office is located near the main free public car park. Free parking in the public car park. Smart dress code in the Premier Enclosure. No trainers, t-shirts, sportswear, fancy dress or extreme attire is permitted. Dark denim ONLY.
Wincanton - Sunday 21 April (Flat)
Access to Premier and Grandstand enclosures. Please use main car park or annual Members car park. Smart casual, dress for the weather.
Epsom Downs - Thursday 23 April (Flat)
Access into both the Duchess’s Stand and the Queen’s Stand. Free parking in car parks 3, 6 & 7. We advise dressing for the weather and smart shorts, smart denim jeans and trainers are acceptable. Jeans are required to not have tears or rips, and we advise no sports shorts, sleeveless vests or bare tops will be permitted.
Warwick - Saturday 11 May (Jumps/Evening)
Access to the Main enclosure. Free parking in the centre of the course. Dress for the weather.
Windsor - Monday 13 May (Flat)
Access to the Jubilee (Premium) enclosure, head to our Club enclosure entrance and show your Members’ badge. Unfortunately, unable to offer access to members bar for reciprocal guests. Free parking in the members car park (excluding Saturday fixtures). Smart casual dress code, men should wear a collared shirt.
York - Thursday 16 May (Flat)
Access to County Stand. Free car park in County Stand. Dress code requires gentlemen to wear a jacket, collared shirt and tie.
Sandown Park - Tuesday 23 May (Flat/Evening)
Members will have access to both the Grandstand and Premier enclosure - no access to Members' Bar. Park for free in the centre of the course (More Lane Car Park) or for £5 in the main car park (Portsmouth Road). Our Premier enclosure has a smart / casual dress code with no sportswear, trainers, ripped or torn jeans, shorts or flip flops permitted.
Leicester - Tuesday 4 June (Flat)
Access to all areas except hospitality suites. Will be given a ‘Day Members Badge’ and can join club Members with complimentary Tea and Coffee. Free parking directed by marshalls. Smart casual dress code.
Hickstead - Saturday 22 June (Show Jumping)
Access to Showground and Members' Enclosure. Free parking in Members' car park. Smart casual dress code, smart jeans/shorts and trainers are acceptable.
Newbury - Tuesday 25 June (Flat)
Access to Premier Enclosure, Hospitality & The Hennessy Restaurant. Free parking available. Racegoers are encouraged to wear smart attire, gentlemen are asked to wear a collared shirt, although a tie is not essential. Smart denim with no rips or tears and long tailored shorts are acceptable. No sports/denim shorts, t-shirts, vests, sports/supporter shirts, tracksuits, sportswear (including trainers) or bare chests. Gentlemen’s flip flops/sandals are not permitted.
Chester - Saturday 29 June (Flat)
No access to the Member’s bar. Your badges will gain you access to the course equivalent to a County Concourse Badge. Free parking in centre of the course on presentation of badge. For gentlemen, a collar is required, either a polo shirt or a collared shirt. Smart (not ripped) jeans, trousers, or chinos are permitted. Ladies are required to wear smart dress. We encourage smart dress in all enclosures. Please note that shorts, trainers (smart trainers are permitted), tracksuits, t-shirts, sportswear, and fancy dress are not permitted.
Hampshire County Cricket Club - Sunday 30 June (Cricket)
Present membership badge at match day ticket office in exchange for a ticket, access into the ground and into the Derek Shackleton Bar (Members area). Car parking is available on site for £10. No specific dress code.
Haydock Park - Friday 5 July (Flat/Evening)
Access to County Enclosure. Free parking is available. The dress code is smart casual. Smart jeans are acceptable – no ripped, faded, or distressed jeans allowed—no trainers or track wear.
Chelmsford - Sunday 7 July (Flat)
Grandstand access and sports bar, but no restaurant access. Original ID required. Free parking in the main car park. Smart casual dress code.
Ascot - Saturday 13 July (Flat)
Collect badge from Ticket Office East and metal badge will allow access to King Edward VII Enclosure (Premier). No Members Bar access. Free parking in either Car Park 1 or Car Park 2 by showing your metal badge on entry. Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie. Tailored shorts are permitted. Trainers are not allowed.
Cowdray Park Polo Club - Sunday 14 July (Polo)
Members are advised to check the website for information regarding the Clubhouse as it depends on what ground the event is on. Parking is as directed on the day. Smart casual dress code.
Cartmel - Saturday 20 July (Jumps)
Paddock and Course Enclosures. Restaurant must be pre-booked. Due to restrictions on numbers, the racecourse are unable to allow entry to the members marquee or viewing platform. Free parking in the members only parking area - follow the signs towards the Paddock and take the turn off for members parking before approaching the Paddock Enclosure. Dress code is smart/casual – dress for the weather.
Hampshire County Cricket Club - Friday 26 July (Cricket)

Smart casual dress code. Men must wear collared shirts and smart trousers or tailored shorts (ties not essential). Smart Jeans are accepted (No ripped or faded denim). No sportswear

Sussex County Cricket Club - Thursday 29 August (Cricket)

Brighton - Sunday 1 September (Flat)
Access to both the Premier and Grandstand & Paddock Enclosures. Head to the main entrance and show your badge to gain entry. Free parking in public car park in front of racecourse. Whilst we don’t enforce a strict dress code, we advise smart casual attire in the Premier Enclosure and Silks Restaurant.
Bath - Wednesday 4 September (Flat)
Access to Granstand Area. No access to Members Bar. Free parking available. Smart Casual dress code.
Musselburgh - Saturday 14 September (Flat)
Please enter via Gate 2 & show your membership badge/card. No separate enclosures at Musselburgh, so all public areas, including the Grandstand and the viewing area for the Parade Ring, can be accessed during your visit. Access to Owners & Trainers Area and the Parade Ring itself will not be permitted. All public bars are open to members. Unfortunately, no separate Members Bar available for reciprocals. No specific dress code, dress for weather.
Ayr - Thursday 19 September (Gold Cup Opening Day)
Access to the Club Enclosure. Please go with your badge to the Princess Royal Reception beside Gate C to gain entry. Free parking is available in Car Park 4, adjacent to Tesco. Smart causal dress code, smart jeans and trainers are acceptable.
Hamilton Park - Sunday 22 September (Flat)

The Curragh - Saturday 28 September (Flat)
Go to the Members area and show your membership badges /cards to receive a ticket in to the Curragh. All public areas are open Members. Children under 18 are free with an adult but must have a valid ticket. Free parking is in Orange (North) car park and free. Free courtesy buses travel from Kildare and Newbridge stations to the Curragh on race days. Smart casual dress code.
Nottingham - Wednesday 2 October (Flat)
Members to show badge at main entrance and to be issued with a complimentary ticket. No Members Lounge access, access to all other areas. Free Public parking. Smart Casual dress code, dress for weather.
Uttoxeter - Sunday 6 October (Jumps)
Premier enclosure access but no Annual Members Bar access. Parking in the main car park as directed by stewards. We have a smart casual dress code, the only exclusion to clothing is no sports team wear.
Pontefract - Monday 21 October (Flat)
Access the Racecourse through Premier Entrance, No access to Annual Badge Holders Bar. Free Public parking. Smart casual dress code.
Cheltenham - Saturday 26 October (Jumps)
Members will have access to the Club and Tattersalls enclosures. Unfortunately no access to the member’s facilities. Parking is free of charge and is located in the Green parking zone. Please follow the Green route when approaching the course. Dress code is Smart/Casual – dress for the weather.
Doncaster - Saturday 9 November (Flat)
Access to the County stand which includes access to the Winning Post and the Parade Ring, the Pre-Parade Ring & Saddling Boxes, and access to the ground, 1st and 2nd floors of the main stand. Car Park 5 is £5 per vehicle or Car Park C is free. The dress code for the County Enclosure including Conduit Restaurant and the Champagne Lawn is smart attire, strictly no jeans, sportswear or trainers, and gentlemen must wear a collared shirt. Dress code also applies to those under 18.
Market Rasen - Thursday 14 November (Jumps)
Your badge entitles you to access all three enclosures. Premium enclosure is the County Entrance. Entrance through Owners and Trainers will not be permitted. No access to the Limber Hill Bar (annual members facility). Parking is free and we advise that you use our County Car Park located off Willingham Road. A 'smart casual' code is applicable for the County Enclosure. Men must wear collared shirts and trousers or smart jeans (ties are not essential) Smart jeans are accepted (no ripped or faded denim) No shorts, sportswear or trainers
