Yes, there’s a Caterham that can technically be run in Japan as a Kei car. These little runarounds have been offering manoeuvrability, cheap running costs and personality to the Japanese people for over 60 years. Packing not even 100 horsepower, they manage to be some of the most fun cars you can own. Which would you take?
