Among all of the supercars, hypercars and racing cars, Kia is quietly going to be showcasing its own big next step at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard, as the public will get its first proper look at the new EV9, Kia’s incoming flagship, seven-seat electric SUV.

Kia EV9 seven‑seat SUV to debut at 2023 Festival of Speed
&width=1600)
Those in attendance will be able to have a poke around the new EV9 when it goes on display in both the First Glance paddock and Electric Avenue at the Festival of Speed, while it will also be making its dynamic debut on the Hill on Thursday before continuing for the rest of the weekend.
Kia’s experienced pro driver Jade Paveley will be behind the wheel, taking this imposing, spacious and versatile SUV up past Goodwood House. We’ll be interested to see how this whopping great seven-seater fairs on the run up to Molecomb.
Anyone interested in buying one of these will want to know the numbers. As yet, we’ve had confirmation that the EV9 will cost from £64,495 and promise up to 336 miles of range with a charge from 10-80 per cent taking as little as 15 minutes with a high-speed 800v, 240kW charger.
The 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed takes place from 13th-16th July. Be sure to check back here at Goodwood Road & Racing to keep up to date with all of the latest news and announcements.
