We want your day at Goodwoof to be as easy and fun as possible
Find everything you need to make the most of your day around the Goodwoof event, from food & drink options to exploring timetables for all activities and workshops. Gates open at 0930hrs on Saturday and Sunday, giving you the chance to enjoy Goodwoof for a few hours or the whole day.

Travel and Parking
- Goodwoof will be held at The Kennels, Kennel Hill, Goodwood, Chichester, PO18 0PJ
- Parking is free and will be open from 8.30am each day. Please note that all parking will be in grass fields and appropriate footwear is recommended.
- There is a 20-minute scenic stroll from the car park to the event or there is a shuttle bus from the car park, dogs are welcome on the shuttle.
- Overnight parking/camping will not be permitted in any car park.
- There is Blue Badge forward parking within the car park and an accessible minibus is available for entry to the event.

Eating and Drinking
With more food and drink options available at Goodwoof in 2024, there will be a variety of delicious concessions for you to choose from. Including a fantastic range of food and drink choices, such as the fabulous Taittinger Champagne bar, or the Goodwood Garden, that will be serving delicious estate-reared organic food. You may bring food and soft drinks to the event however, alcohol and glass containers are not permitted.
Water bottles can be refilled free of charge at one of our water stations, for you and your four-legged friend.

Accessibility
There is Blue Badge forward parking within the car park and an accessible minibus available from the car park to the event with a short walk from the shuttle drop off to the event entrance. Please note that the event is held in a grassy field, where the ground is undulating and uneven in places with no trackway.
Electric mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs are available to hire from event Shopmobility and must be booked in advance of the event. To book equipment please follow the link below. Shopmobility will be based at the bus depot, just outside of the event and is open from 0930hrs until 1730hrs.
We welcome all users of mobility scooters at Goodwoof. However please be aware, in the interests of health and safety and the welfare of the animal, anyone using the ShopMobility service should not also be in control of a dog. We strongly recommend bringing a companion to manage the dog.

Staying Over
There is a large selection of local hotels and bed & breakfast accommodation in the area, including the luxurious Goodwood Hotel located on The Estate. However, we do urge you to book early as the hotels closest to Goodwood will sell out prior to the event.

@goodwoofdogsTo this day, dogs can stay at the Hotel, accompany their owners in the restaurants, and even join our Members’ clubhouse, The Kennels. We thought that it was only fitting to dedicate an entire event to them, just as we do with cars and horses at our other flagship meetings.
Dogs mean so much to their owners so I'm looking forward to seeing some fantastic designs to house them in style.
