Planning your day
There are a variety of exciting have-a-go sessions from agility to canisports which your dog can take part in. Visit our activities page to find out more.

Spaces for the Randox Studio are available to register on the day on a first come first serve basis, so we recommend registering early if there is an activity that you would like your dog to take part in.
Your dog will be made most welcome in the Mars Petcare Wellness tent, where experts will be on hand to weigh your dog, talk about canine nutrition, check your dog's teeth and gums, find out how to understand your dog's DNA and lots, lots more!
Please note that The Kennels building and the car park will be closed for the duration of the event.
Goodwoof is a family event. Children 12 and under go free but must be registered and we have a discounted Young Persons ticket for those aged 13 – 21.

Dogs should be covered by current vaccinations.
Please do not bring your dog if she is in season and consider the temperament of your dog before attending, especially if they are not well socialised, can be boisterous or nervous around other dogs. Goodwoof will be busy with other dogs and people, so please consider if this is an environment which they will enjoy.
Dogs must not be left unattended in cars or anywhere at Goodwoof under any circumstances.
Don't forget poo bags and please pick up after your dog - there will be plenty of bins provided to dispose of dog waste.
Water and waste stations will be available across the site. Each station will have waste bins and spare poo bags, plus drinking water for humans and clean water for dogs.
Please respect other dogs by not allowing your dog to approach them without checking with their owner first.
If your dog becomes agitated or anti-social we may suggest that you take your dog away from the event site.
Please do not leave your dog in the car under any circumstances, and be aware of the temperature where your dog is within the car on your journey to and from Goodwoof.
Find shade regularly throughout the day to let your dog cool down and don't forget to offer fresh, cool water for your dog to drink very often during the day. We have plenty of water stations around site, but we do recommend bringing your own water and bowl or bottle for your dog as well. In very hot conditions you could bring with you wet, cold towels or a cool mat for your dog to sit on.
Avoid hot pavements which can burn the pads on your dog’s paws and instead walk on grass.
As much as we'd love to see you and your dogs at Goodwoof, we would ask you to consider leaving young, old or vulnerable dogs safely at home if the weather is hot.
We recommend for you to bring an umbrella to the event to protect yourself and your dog from the typical British weather. This will be useful if it is raining to keep you dry, but will also provide shade in the event of warmer weather conditions.
If your dog shows signs of heat exhaustion (excessive panting, difficulty breathing, drooling, lethargic, drowsy, uncoordinated or vomiting), please contact the site vet on 01243939723

To this day, dogs can stay at the Hotel, accompany their owners in the restaurants, and even join our Members’ clubhouse, The Kennels. We thought that it was only fitting to dedicate an entire event to them, just as we do with cars and horses at our other flagship meetings.
Dogs mean so much to their owners so I'm looking forward to seeing some fantastic designs to house them in style.
