Tracey Greaves
CEO of Goodwood Consulting
Tracey joined Goodwood in 2008 as Group Sales and Marketing Director; her strategy drove double-digit growth in revenues and led to her becoming CCO in 2016. Tracey has had a long career in the luxury hospitality space and has a deep understanding of the luxury world. She has managed and developed hotels and venues, moving into commercial roles that have enabled her to build brands and maximise their return. Her creative content propositions, including a digital strategy that has attracted global brands, have grown revenues and profits across events. Tracey has led the development of the Estate’s sustainability vision, driving the 10-year strategy to reduce Goodwood’s carbon footprint.
Sam Medcraft
Director of Goodwood Consulting (Interim)
Following his passion for motorsport, Sam’s early career included time working in Formula 1 and the WEC. Sam has spent the last 10 years at Goodwood, starting in the Operations Team for the Festival of Speed and Revival before taking full responsibility for Goodwood’s newest motorsport event, Members’ Meeting. A few years ago, Sam became the General Manager of Goodwood Motor Circuit, a role that plays to his strengths of delivering exceptional customer experience and complex operational management. In addition to his leadership role at the Motor Circuit, Sam has recently become the interim Director of Goodwood Consulting, providing strategic direction to this exciting business area as well as playing an active role in delivering many of the consulting projects.

Patricia Dickie
Customer Experience
Patricia has worked in the event and hospitality industry for over 20 years with a strong focus on innovation and originality to create exceptional guest experiences. As the Customer Experience Director at Goodwood, Patricia has been responsible for creating and launching many of the new projects on the Estate including The Kennels Private Members’ Club, the Three Friday Nights and the highly acclaimed Farmer, Butcher, Chef restaurant. Patricia has a successful track record for working well with a multitude of stakeholders, ensuring a balance between creative thinking, achieving commercial targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Will Kinsman
Content
Will is Events Creative Director at Goodwood, leading the team responsible for devising, developing and delivering engaging content across Goodwood events and all media. In his 10 years at Goodwood Will has played a key role in growing overall event attendance by nearly 50 per cent, establishing the concept of the Goodwood Members’ Meeting and building a digital content proposition that has seen annual views grow from 0 to 200 million within 4 years. Will’s creative and conceptual thinking are essential to devising and delivering incredible immersive experiences.

Matt Hearn

Matt is the Head of Event Content at Goodwood and is responsible for curation and delivery of motorsport content for Goodwood’s three headline events. He brings extensive knowledge of global motorsport and experience in executing imaginative solutions in challenging locations.

Jen Miller
Operations
Jen has over 10 years’ experience in the events industry; beginning in mass participation and large-scale sporting events, before joining the Event Operations team at Goodwood. As the Festival of Speed General Manager, Jen specialises in event strategy, design and implementation, with a successful track record of blending creative, practical, and financial elements to deliver innovative and world-class events.

Dave Board
Finance
Dave has over 15 years' experience working in a broad range of finance roles within various companies, from FTSE 250 to privately owned businesses. Dave joined Goodwood 13 years ago and now leads the Sport and Motorsport Finance Team. He has a strong track record of providing commercial and financial support to senior management in day-to-day and long-term business planning.
Natacha Keulemans
Finance
Natacha has over 25 years’ of experience in accountancy and finance, and has a proven track record in providing business and finance solutions that are commercially viable and customer-focused. She is CIMA qualified and prior to Goodwood her work experience includes senior finance roles in FTSE 100 companies working on UK and International contracts, she has helped to secure multi million pound contracts and worked alongside the customer to secure funding arrangements, ensure commercial viability, profitability and create useful management reporting tools. Natacha joined Goodwood 8 years ago and is the Estate Finance Director.

Alan Brewer
Memberships
Alan leads the Motorsport Clubs division at Goodwood, and brings with him a wealth of experience in the automotive, events and membership sectors. Having overseen the Goodwood Road Racing Club since 2015, Alan has managed the careful and considered growth of the club, including the introduction of new membership tiers, the expansion of the club events calendar, and the further integration of membership with Goodwood’s headline motorsport events. A new ‘Bespoke Membership’ division was formed in 2022, following the launch of two new Clubs focused on providing a range of tailored, luxury experiences to a limited number of personally invited members. Alan’s strategic approach, combined with his commercial acumen, experience of memberships and a passion for customer experience make him well-placed to contribute to a wide range of Club ventures.
