I joined Goodwood nearly 7 years ago now as a casual member of staff and have progressed from there to MCC events co-ordinator, café supervisor and now MCC Manager. There are so many doors open and paths to progress a career here. Every day is different and I love playing a part in delivering the brilliant events. The variety of people around the estate is what really makes it for me.

I have worked for Goodwood for almost 10 years, first as a casual marshal and now as Motor Circuit Operations Manager. It never feels like coming to work, just coming to a place where everyone has fun.
